How do I personalise or customise an item?
You're a few clicks away from creating your own embroidery. Simply select an item you want. Fill out the text box, select a font and thread colour. Purchase your item and leave the rest to us.
Where does Edit and Stitch deliver to?
We deliver Australia-wide. Currently we are not shipping internationally.
How long will production take after I place my order?
Embroidering will take 2-7 business days as each item is one of a kind and made to order. We will make an effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Understand we are a small business run by a mama and her machines. Delays are expected depending on the volume of orders, we will make sure to contact you if so.
When will I receive my order?
After production your items will be dispatched for delivery. Allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be delivered to your door. Read our shipping policy here.

I need to make changes to my order!
Please contact us at editandstitch@gmail.com as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes to your order such as spelling, colour change, sizes and item quantity for example, if production has not commenced.
All sales are final once production starts.
I changed my mind, can I return or refund my order?
We do not accept returns or refunds as each item is made to order. Read refund policy here.
What's the paper on the back of the embroidery?
Stabiliser is used in the embroidery production and is there to make your embroidery last longer.
My item doesn't fit me, can I exchange it?
Please read the size chart carefully before purchasing as we do not exchange custom or personalised items. View our size chart here.
What do I do if there is an issue with my item or I've received the wrong order?
